SHIPMENTS AND PACKAGING
The shipment will be charged at the time of the order at the cost that will be indicated before processing the payment. We try to ship the goods as soon as possible after receipt of your order.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION INFORMATION
Dear Customer, Klopman informs you about the right of cancellation up to 14 days after the date of the delivery of the goods to your home.
The shipping costs will be born to the buyer.
Refund_ Klopman will refund the item only after the quality check of the goods. The refund of the purchased items, excluding the shipping costs, will be made by bank transfer.
Before returning the goods, you must inform Klopman about your decision by explicit declaration to the address mascherine@klopman.com
